Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your help on the knee, the problem with squats though is that I think they may have been the problem. In the summer I did heavy training with squats from June to September moving from about 150 pounds to 200, I did very deep squats which must have been bad for my knee, also I did lots of plyometrics training which must have added to the over training, if you can get back to me about whether or not I should do squats or how I should do them, and any additional help I'd really appreciate that, thank you very much physiofixme.

When regularly competing in multisport, you need a good physiotherapist. What I like about Rachael's approach is that she not only treats the injury but also gives exercises to work on to prevent it from happening again.
