This site contains resources in the form of exercise programmes to be used for self-management of injuries/conditions. It is based on physiotherapy undergraduate and postgraduate training as well as clinical experience in private practice.

The information contained within this site is not intended to replace professional care, but is intended to be used in conjunction with professional treatment. Please consult a physician or other trained medical professional before embarking on any form of self-management especially if you have a heart condition, have been suffering dizziness or shortness of breath or any other medical condition which may limit you from exercising safely.

To avoid aggravation of your injury it is recommended you discuss any exercise programme you purchase from physiofixme with your physiotherapist or other trained medical professional.

Physiofixme understands the limitations of health advice offered over the Internet and is in no way liable for outcomes resulting from implementation of the advice contained in this website, nor for any errors or omissions contained within such advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physiofixme excludes all responsibility and liability in relation to the site and Physiofixme will not be responsible for errors or misstatements or be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any loss or damage however caused (including direct, indirect, consequential, special or loss of profits).  You will take all necessary action to defend and indemnify Physiofixme, it's officers and employees against all costs, expenses and damages incurred in connection with any claim brought by a third party against Physiofixme arising from a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions or the privacy statement.

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
